TRAILS
The Northern Hills Recreation Association and Trails Committee are working to develop a diverse network of recreation and back-country trails for skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking and equestrian activities along with enhancing the motorized trails in the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota. This effort has resulted in a broad-based collaboration with the Cities of Lead, Deadwood, Spearfish, Sturgis, the Black Hills National Forest, the Bureau of Land Management, South Dakota Game Fish and Parks and the Homestake Mining Company.
